How we have prioritised our quality improvement initiatives
The Quality Account for 2023/24 will continue to focus on the core priorities which match the mandatory indicators for ambulance trusts set by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) as outlined in Part 1 as well as local priorities to improve the quality of care delivered by our staff.
The National Quality Board has been undertaking a review of Quality Accounts to determine how they could be improved and updated. It is anticipated that changes may come into effect for the 2023-24 requirements and the Trust will ensure that any changes are fully adopted.
