Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which will teach you how to identify, understand, and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem. The course will also give you the skills to take care of your own wellbeing.

You do not need any prior knowledge to join us on a training course. You will be provided with all the necessary resources including a MHFA manual, workbook and a Line Managers resource book where required. This course is accredited by MHFA England. The duration of this training course is a half-day for awareness, 1 day to become a Mental Health Champion or 2 days for a full Mental Health First Aider qualification.

This 3 day OFQUAL-regulated training course is for higher risk workplaces that require a more in-depth course, such as factories and construction sites. Level 3 First Aid at Work certificates are valid for 3 years. We offer a half-day annual refresher course and a requalification course which are strongly advised.

Our Basic Life Support training course is designed to meet the requirements of Doctors, Nurses and other healthcare professionals seeking to update their knowledge and skills. We provide professional CPR manikins which provide a realistic chest compression and ventilation experience, with real-time feedback on rate and depth of compressions.

This course takes approximately 1-2 hours. Please note: We are happy to adapt this training course for non-healthcare professionals. We also offer a 1-hour Anaphylaxis Management course which can be added onto our Basic Life Support training courses. See below for more details.

Our Anaphylaxis Management training course is suitable for Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Professionals, Teachers, or anybody who deals with allergy sufferers. The training course teaches the safe administration of adrenaline auto-injectors. Our course has been designed in accordance with latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines. The course takes approximately one hour and can be taught in addition to our Basic Life Support training course.

Our Intermediate Life Support training course aims to train healthcare personnel in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), simple airway management and safe defibrillation. This training will enable them to manage patients in cardiac arrest until the arrival of a cardiac arrest team and to participate as members of that team. We offer a 1-day full training course and a half-day refresher course.
