Approval to Appointment of Director of Clinical Operations
- Consideration: Interview process had been run for the Director of Clinical Operations. Transition to the new role.
- Resolution/Outcome: Approval of the appointment of Melissa Dowdeswell. Approval to transition to the new structure in advance of the recruitment of the new role, with Simon Chase as acting director.

Establishment and Recruitment to the Role of Executive Director of Quality/Chief Paramedic
- Consideration: Replacing the director of Nursing role with a new role of Director of Quality/Chief Paramedic.Recruitment process.
